1. Definitions
“Terms,” “We,” “Empodere” refer to Empodere Moda Fitness (“useempodere.com.br”). “You” refers to the consumer accessing or purchasing from the store.

2. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the website, the purchase process, delivery, payment, exchanges, returns, and other procedures.

3. Registration and Customer Account
3.1. You declare that the information provided (name, address, email, CPF, etc.) is true and up-to-date.
3.2. In case of registration errors, Empodere is not responsible for delays or impediments in delivery.

4. Purchase and Payment Process
4.1. Offers, prices, and promotions are valid while stocks last.
4.2. After placing the order, you will receive confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp.
4.3. Payments are processed via [cards, bank slips, Pix, etc., as integrated].

5. Stock and Availability
5.1. In case of unavailability after confirmation, Empodere will inform you and offer an immediate refund or exchange for another product.

6. Delivery
6.1. Consult the “Delivery Time Policy” for shipping guidelines.
6.2. Service and dispatch hours follow business days.

7. Security and Privacy
7.1. The store uses secure encryption and data protection systems (as described in “Store Security”).
7.2. Personal data is used in accordance with the “Privacy Policy.”

8. Exchanges, Returns, and Warranties
8.1. The terms and conditions of the “Exchanges and Returns Policy” apply:

  • Up to 7 days for exchange due to regret, as per the CDC.

  • Free exchanges for the first request.

  • Manufacturing defect detectable within 90 days, with options for exchange, credit, or refund.

  • Product must be returned in original condition, with tag.
    8.2. Shipping for the first exchange and return due to regret is covered by the store, after analysis of the request.

9. Responsibilities
9.1. Empodere is exempt from responsibility for:

  • External damage to packaging caused after proven delivery.

  • Improper use of products.

  • Registration or delivery errors due to incorrect information.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (images, texts, brands) is the property of Empodere and protected by law. Reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms
Empodere reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website.

12. Jurisdiction
The court of Rio de Janeiro/RJ is elected to resolve any disputes.
